Brief Description: |
CITEAIR aims at developing better and more efficient solutions for assessing the impact of traffic on air quality in large urban areas and regions. It provides guidance on how to transfer and adapt existing Decision Support Systems to new sites, and develops a common reporting format to inform professional users and the public on the environmental situation. A website accommodating the guidelines for public information will be developed. Environmental data from several European cities will be presented in a common format enabling easy comparison of data across the cities.
